EU本部のすぐ近くで、車で行く方にはよい。メトロまで歩いて５分くらい。近くには、お店もあって、不自由なかった。

駐車場が無料であるとのことだったので、安心していったら、「もう一杯だ」と愛想なくいわれ、近くにある幾つかの有料駐車場を薦められた。しかし、土日だった為無料の場所に止めることができた。

お部屋がとても清潔で、お風呂にはバスタブがあり疲れがとれました。また、セントラルまでは充分歩いて行ける立地で、公園等を通りながらブラブラ歩けばあっという間に中心地でした。

It has excellent location in terms of closeness to EU institutions as well as the metro station

The location is very close to subway station, 3 minutes on foot. I could not park in the hotel parking place, but there were place in front of the hotel. Night and weekend was no charge to park. I had different image with the pictures in a room when I reserved.But the price was very reasonable.

We got a good price considering the location (in the heart of the eu district). The staff was nice and helpful.

We got a good deal which of course meant we got one of the shabby rooms. It seems there are some nice refurbished rooms but ours was quite ancient- looking and could definitely use some refurbishing. We asked for tea-making facilities in the room and there were none, except for a Nespresso machine, so we had to go and have water heated by the reception staff whenever needed.

Location, not too big, Easy to access with its closeness to the EU offices. I do not go ofyten to Brussels, but I have stayed several time at the Hotel.

The new coffee machine in the bedroom; for me this is a first for hotel bedrooms: to have freshly ground filter coffee on demand!

The WiFi is inadequate; at popular times it just cannot cope with the load, so more complex sites it cannot communicate with.

Located right next to the Schuman Metro stop granted easy access to the city centre while being in a rather peaceful area of Brussels, a few hundred meters from the European Commission centre. The hotel room was extremely nice, great value for money.

Breakfast price is high and the Wi-Fi is unreliable.

Excellent staff, modern hotel, convenient bathroom & large room.

Breakfast could have been better. Poor selection of cold cuts, read poor omlette (basic stuff, I guess).

I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast - great choice. Hotel has an old fashioned charm about it.

location close to European institutions

Lift was not working on arrival. Guests had to carry their bags upstairs.

Location is very good. Hotel room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good. They have they own free parking.

Funiture is old, outdated. Hotel needs renovation.
